Refunds and cancellations

Changed your mind before Friday 16 October? Email info@samba-mate.com and we refund the full amount, no questions asked.

Could not make it to the party? Email us: we deliver your tray in person (€2, free from 2 trays) or refund you, your choice.

Picked up your tray and still want to return it? You have 14 days after pickup. Unopened trays only. Refund after the tray is back with us.

Support SAMBA contributions are a gift to the company and cannot be refunded after 16 October. Before that date they can.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
